Darwin K. Colston—PartnerDarwin Colston is a partner at the firm. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee and in federal court. Darwin graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in 1997 and received his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law in 2001. He is a past president of the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar Association. Darwin also serves as an adjunct professor of political science at Middle Tennessee State University.

Rachelle Windrow Butler started with the firm ten years ago and returned in 2010 after several years in private practice. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee. Rachelle graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. and received her J.D. from the Mississippi College School of Law. She specializes in family law and is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 certified mediator.
