Mr. Jackson is admitted to practice in Alabama, Tennessee and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Political Science in 1991 and received his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1994. His practice areas are general civil litigation, with an emphasis on torts, family law, and real estate and construction law.
